Very poor service and no common sense from the person managing the waiting list in person. I was there to return a router, which would only take a COUPLE of minutes. All the workers were busy. When the person managing the waiting list asked me what I was there for, I explained it was to return the router and he told me to wait two minutes. Instead, I waited for 20 minutes, so when the worker managing the waiting list came out , I explained to him, again, that I only needed a couple of minutes to drop off the router.
