Yesterday I was at the store, and despite having some difficulty with English, the person who helped me resolve my issue, which had arisen at another store, was very kind and helpful. I'd like to thank him, and if all stores were like this, it would be much better. I don't remember his name, I think it was Cris. Thank you very much for your help.
