Worst experience service . The female was super unintrested and her only answer was look in the app. Avoid this specific store if you can.
Unpleasant experience. Tried to return my Fios router but they just emotionlessly told me to drop it to the location indicated in the email, which says I can drop it at any Verizon store or UPS. I would rather believe that the agent there simply don’t wanna help cuz it adds workload and they were too lazy to care
