At another store I had sought service for my android Galaxy. I was told the phone was infected with 7 viruses that could not be removed. Further, I was advised that I should/could pay $300 ( the amount needed to complete my contract) & then pay the tax on a new phone & enter into a new contract. Before giving up & stsrting a new contract, I decided to visit the store in Torrance. I am so glad I did. I went in there to get a new phone and I ended up getting a big mess. For some reason, they decided to add both a primary and business line, unasked causing my calls and messages to not go through. I have yet to fix the issue but I am hesitant to go back to Verizon after seeing how badly they screwed up the first time. My mom also had many issues with Verizon when it came to her bill as they claimed it would only raise by $6 due to a deal but ended up raising it by $150.
