I walked into this ridiculous place and one of the employees looked at me like I had three heads and asked me what I needed with an attitude. She then directed me toward an employee (who looked like she did not want to help me at all) to help me set up internet, and I asked this employee about a specific discount, to which she said no such discount exists. I was instructed to go in person to cancel a phone service that had been already previous disabled in person but apparently failed. My bill was still being charged. I came to the store and was told that they could not do it un less their was a death of the phone operator. I told them I was instructed to verify my ID in person and they could do but they told me they couldn't. I had to get Verizon on my cell and talk to the store manager to finally get them to do what they were capable of. This was either bad faith or incompet... read more

Being in the store might be fine but try calling the place you end up talking to Verizon not that store
