The last girl that helped me at Verizon and excuse me. She's not a girl. She's young lady but I'm 59 years old so the girl that at Verizon was very helpful. However, when I lost my phone and it was found it was his drink. I went to see what my options were. I could pay the the deductible and use the insurance or I can get an upgrade. I paid and got the upgrade and it took that boy. Like I said he's a young man 20 something years old but I'm 59 so he's a boy because I didn't like your service.
