Absolute worst. Waited 45 minutes to return a phone and they were still with customers. Will not be coming back here again.
They absolute scammed me because I got my son a phone but they gave him the wrong color then when we tried to return it and get a new one they charged us for $900 for no apparent reason they are not good I do not recommend them at all
I love Verizon... but the prices have gotten out of control!
