I am a VERY PATIENT person, ongoing for 9 months. Can’t get out of contract. Still waiting on Business representative to contact me after 5 visits. Our phone were free when we signed up and we have been getting charged since November. So many promises and me taking tons of photo copies to them. Jose the manager promised the new account manager would contact me 3 weeks ago. Add to it today my payment has been withdrawn and not posted. It just disappeared and the “calling” is horrible. Call me someone and fix this mess!
