We arrived and were not helped for nearly 2 hours but they started helping people who arrived long after us with no appointment. They need to go in order.
Jorge ,the store manager, was very helpful in transferring information from my old dying phone to my replacement phone. He went above and beyond to get it to work.
Dena was awesome to work with she knows her products. She got my daughter the best phone. She was not pushy helped out with some accessories to the phone. Great person and I will work with her in the future.
