I have a cellphone that I have straight talk. Verizon bought straight talk. My cellphone wouldn't let me call or receive calls. Straight talk worked with my son in law to get it working. They told him to call Verizon. I went to our local store. They told me they couldn't help me because I was with straight talk. Amazingly while I was in the store my phone started calling and receiving calls. When I left the store the phone stopped working. If you belong to Straight talk, don't expect for the local store to help .
