Large well stocked store with plenty of staff. I do wish they had replacement phones instead of you having to wait a day to have one mailed to you. If you come in there because your newer phone is broken it doesn't really do you any good to come to a physical store if you can't walk out with a working phone.
I was having trouble with my phone and my phone had no connection in Council Bluffs. So after talking to the customer service manager, I found out that somehow my sim card was on a lock 🔐. Finally after 3 visits to Verizon, the manager was able to help me and fixed the issue with my phone. Thank you 😊
Mason made adding a new line so easy. He found us the best deal possible and that is highly appreciated. I would highly recommend this location. Just ask for Mason.
