I want to leave feedback about the service at this Verizon location. The experience was very disappointing. There were multiple employees around one customer, yet I was approached only when it seemed convenient. Staff repeatedly walked away for long periods and assisted other customers instead. The service felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location. Verizon should either improve customer service standards or provide better staff training.

I went into this location looking to buy a Google Pixel phone it's about $1,500 phone I spoke to a person in there and gave them my information person comes back and say they're worked out a package My initial question was just how much it was going to be for the phone and this person kept trying to get me to take a package that included internet and I kept telling the person where I live my internet is provided it's included in my rent I don't need it in it All I wanted was the phone if a customer tells you they don't want ... read more
The staff at this Verizon store works very poorly. Everything takes extremely long, no one is in a hurry, and they show no real interest in their customers. The service is terrible and very disappointing.
