I went into this location looking to buy a Google Pixel phone it's about $1,500 phone I spoke to a person in there and gave them my information person comes back and say they're worked out a package My initial question was just how much it was going to be for the phone and this person kept trying to get me to take a package that included internet and I kept telling the person where I live my internet is provided it's included in my rent I don't need it in it All I wanted was the phone if a customer tells you they don't want ... read more
The staff at this Verizon store works very poorly. Everything takes extremely long, no one is in a hurry, and they show no real interest in their customers. The service is terrible and very disappointing.
GREAT experience!! Jaelyn, the assistant manager, helped us and I consider myself lucky! I would give her 6 stars if I could. Fast! Professional! And she was so nice!!!! Answered all my questions, got exactly what I wanted and I left with a bill that was $60 cheaper per month!! Passed another Verizon to come to this one and I'm so glad I did!!
We had the best service the other day. My daughter and myself went into the store so she could upgrade her phone. We were blessed to get John. First, he is a New Yorker and so am I and we ended up having great conversation. He was able to get my daughter a $1,000 trade in on her old phone for a new phone. He also looked at my bill and was able to switch my plan to get $10 off my bill for better service. Now my bill with my daughter’s new phone went down a little I always use this Verizon and will be back.
