Very unhappy with the information I was given at this store. I went in to purchase their wifi. The sales rep only gave me the option of the more expensive plan. I knew I did not need that and didn’t want that but she was hesitant to offer me the cheaper plan. I understand they get bonus and things but that was unprofessional.
