I'll follow up with the Board of Directors, my local news stations, and see if this S-9 needs a battery. If not, I'll switch. This provider is the most unprofessional I have ever seen in my life! They always say it is your fault and do nothing! But when it concerns money, they will add billions of trillions additional fees for nothing!!! Even the managers are so unprofessional both in the office and at customer service! Wasn't able to help on 3 separate occasions with technical support on the phone which failed to help (2x) and a failed ignorant employee who did not know that the Google Pixel 4's bottom left speaker is actually a microphone and that sound is not supposed to come out of it because it's an input mechanism, while the bottom right and top speakers are sound output speakers.
