Forget the third party sellers who save you a few bucks upfront, but have little training or knowledge of the products or services.The people at WZ are polite, very knowledgeable and helpful. Went there this morning with an IPhone that would not get cellular service after an IOS upgrade. After about 20 minutes trying to fix a problem that Apple caused she got me up and running again. No charge and great service!! Would recommend them without hesitation!
Went to this store back in February for new phones. Was told all we needed to do was upgrade a current line and then trade in a phone for the BOGO offer. Almost 4 months later after seeing the credits are not being applied to our bill we are told that we need to add a line. That is not what we were told and the manager knew we had no intent to add a line which is why he said we just needed to upgrade one line. I would not go here.
