I am a 67 year old grandmother who has trouble with the technology changes. When I come to the Verizon Grinnell store the technicians are stellar. Why? They are patient with seniors. Not only are they good listener but they instruct my husband and I how to fix our problems. This is priceless. When people say Verizon is pricey I say yes but the service is outstanding. WOW! I love these people! They are very helpful. They were able to assist me from my car so I didn't have to risk exposure to the virus, which made me very happy. Blake was very personable and I really enjoyed speaking with him. Colin and Tawney were able to help with all of my questions. I would recommend this store to everyone that I know. Wow!😄
