I stopped by your store today to get help with a Bluetooth device I bought several months ago from your store. It was not connecting to the new phone I purchased the day before. Tawny and Collin were there to help! They took the time to figure out my issue and got the Bluetooth device connected to my phone. We stopped in to the Grinnell Wireless Zone today to purchase a new phone and we had the most helpful, pleasant young woman named Makaella Mitchell wait on us. She was an extremely helpful, personable, respectful woman whom we would recommend to help anyone we know. When we walked in the store she welcomed us and immediately asked us what we needed. When we left the store she walked us to the door and even opened the door for us as we exited. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Thanks you Makaella.

Went to this store back in February for new phones. Was told all we needed to do was upgrade a current line and then trade in a phone for the BOGO offer. Almost 4 months later after seeing the credits are not being applied to our bill we are told that we need to add a line. That is not what we were told and the manager knew we had no intent to add a line which is why he said we just needed to upgrade one line. I would not go here.
