STEER CLEAR of VERIZON but absolutely AVOID this “Authorized Verizon Retailer”. My recent experience with “Carlos” ranks in the top five WORST of my life! “Carlos” was poorly trained, unprofessional, exceedingly rude and disrespectful, verging on abusive. I’m not a Verizon customer but, as executor of the estate of a recently deceased friend who WAS a Verizon customer, I had to notify Verizon regarding their deceased customer, to close his account and to pay his final bill. bad service. arrived at 6:20 they say to close although the opening hours are written until 7pm.
Went in to get an upgrade to get the new iPhone a few weeks ago. Eusevio was the only one working and I was the only one in the store and it took 45+ minutes to tell me which plan I had and what I was eligible for. Online it said I was eligible for an Apple Watch or iPad with my upgrade but Eusevio gave some unclear reason why that wasn't the case despite it being very clear online.
