The whole crew at this store was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and shared a team like mentality when it came to taking care of each customer. They took the stress and confusion of buying a new device and replaced it with ease in knowing that I was in good hands. This will definitely be my store from now on when I have any device needs or questions. Big props to the store manager, Andrew, for fearlessly throwing his own phone to show me how well a product works!

Josiah is fantastic! He helped me activate my new iPhone while i was having trouble doing it myself! I highly recommend anyone in the area coming to this location. The rest of the staff was busy helping other people the entire time i was inside. Great customer service experience!
Do not do business with these people unless you want to be ripped off, receive horrible customer service, and have the headache of a lifetime getting Verizon to fix their mistakes. I will NEVER do business with this company again, nor will anyone I know if I can help prevent it.
