What a great place! Much better than fighting Destiny at Christmas! The staff (Alex and Devin) were so helpful and knowledgeable! We were so impressed, we bought 2 phones and a tablet! We were offered great "sales packages" and got a fantastic deal! I highly recommend this store and these sales people and will only shop at this Verizon store from now on! Telling all my friends and family to do the same!!!
Thanks goes out Devin! He was great not only in fixing my mom's phone but recovering everything as well. Great customer service, willing to help and not just refer me to the Apple Store like other Verizon stores. Definitely will be back if anything else happens to any of our phones.
