Amazing! I had ordered phones for my kids online right before the tornado struck Oxford. I had been told at another Verizon store I had to order phones online because I had a business account, turns out that’s not true. I was also not easy to get the new phones activated. With the chaos that was our life after the tornado, the phones sat inactivated for a week and a half and my kids were driving me nuts about it. The guys at the store were so super helpful!
