Absolutely disappointed! There needs to be more employees in this office. We waited for OVER an hour trying to set up a phone plan for our family and decided it wasn’t worth the wait anymore. There was only 1 person in front of us, it should never take that long to get to the next one.

Worst verizon store I had an appointment and got a text saying I had a few mins to get there before the appointment gets canceled and it's was before the appointment started. They were having walk ins go before me. Then the employee was listening to my phone conversation and started yelling at me cause he over heard me say on the phone that they werent taking me even though I made an appointment and waited over 15 mins and they weren't close to taking me.

This store sucks I went in there to add a line and get promo phone they called custermer service so I was kinda working with them both we will process the payment but then I noticed it was the wrong phone so then the play goes in the background gets on the phone with somebody else on a different phone comes back and the person on the phone says I can’t be doing this transaction with the phone and the associate and basically so because of that they were refunding me my money for the phone that I just bought and I can finish m... read more
