Tre was THE BEST! I had trouble setting up my new iPhone 16 and got frustrated and decided I would just return the phone and stick with my 11. Tre very calmly (and smoothly) helped me figure it out so I decided to keep the phone instead of return it. Not only that but he gave me a great deal to change my current phone plan. Pretty good experience at this location, don't have to patron here very often thankfully, but when I have they have at least had associates inside able to help you. Which is more than I can say for other Verizon locations where they are thinly staffed.
Bryan Everett was excellent!! He helped set up three phones that I have on my account and his knowledge and patience with me was superior. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to my friends and family
After waiting an 1+ hours, they called out the incorrect name then got mad that we didn’t recognize it (how were we supposed to?) and bumped us to the back of the line. After, they refused to help me until they saw my name on my account which was listed at the top of the page but they insisted it wasn’t there and to call customer service to change my name.
