Months ago my husband switched from Att to join my Verizon plan. We were told that the Apple phone would be free. It’s been a busy season, so I’m now noticing that we’ve been paying for his phone on a payment plan ever since he got it. Such a bait and switch plan. I wish I’d just moved over to his ATT plan instead. I hate it when companies do this!!
In my 30 years of utilizing and dealing with cell phone companies the experience in the this particular store and this customer service experience has been nothing short of horrific. My only recourse when dealing with a billion dollar company is leaving a bad review and that is what I am doing. Stay away! You have been warned.
