JOEY!!!! The goat helped my wife and I. Walked in thinking, ya know what maybe I’ll walk out of here with a new iPhone and what do you know, I did. Joey was personable, goated, and answered all my questions almost instantly. He was a legend among his fellow works. Only thing I would’ve preferred differently, was hot n ready Chinese food, almost buffet style. But I’ve yet to see that anywhere so I still have Grace.

I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. The cell service is good except at my house. We've had a Network Extender since 2018 but it quit working and we started dropping calls. I called Customer Service and was told I could get a new Network Extender at the store near me at 1959 Mallory Ln, Franklin TN. I went to the store and Dalton told me they didn't have one.
