I walked in without an appointment and the person at the front desk worked to resolve my problem without having to wait for help from a technician or sales person
This is not a review on the actual store but rather Verizon as a whole. I just had my “grandfathered” account of 6 years changed, without my permission. They canceled my included Apple Music subscription and changed it with Disney+, they then told me I can get Apple Music back but have to sign up for a new plan with a new 3 year contract. If this isn’t the definition of a SCAM I dont know what is, I’ve lost 1000s of songs on my playlist and was never warned or told until I tried to use my Apple Music. Came in for home internet and picked up my modem. Took it home but service would not work. Came back and worked with the same guy who ran my credit 4 times and get doing several applications to get my service “ unstuck “? He added it off to Kenny Lenard after several tries and he fixed the problem easily!!! Thanks Kenny for your fast, friendly, knowledgeable service.
