Excellent service. Visited the store with my son last week due to an issue with phone activation that had stalled for several weeks after applying online. The assistant manager Eddie got to the bottom of the issue and after he wrangled with Verizon customer service the issue was fixed. Thanks so much!
came in with a broken screen. They don't fix. Tried really hard to sell me an upgrade. The made an appointment with ubreakIfix in Elmhurst the next day. They got the warranty info wrong according to ubreakIfix and didn't check to ensure that the Elmhurst store had Pixel 8 screens in stock.. which they didn't so wasted time in the middle of a out of town (for me) job that no phone caused several problems. Hopefully my local store in Ohio will be better..
After a painful experience calling customer service. Tim helped us get technical support to resolve the issue, and we were able to get a new phone.
today was a wonderful day ♥️thanks to the manager, unfortunately I did not remember his name, he was so polite, very quickly helped me with my new phone, your work is the best! thank you for your help and for the excellent service ♥️
