We had such a lovely experience with Andy at Verizon. He was so patient trying to help us navigate through the different options and was very honest and up front with all the pricing. He spent so much time for us helping us to transfer over all our phones and we are very happy with his service.
These store lies on and on saying no contract but tie you to contract without your consent.
Rodrigo and Danny were great ! Awesome customer service, helped me get a great package with home internet, watch and new phone. Ported over from T-Mobile & they have been nothing but helpful getting everything setup & traded in. Definitely recommend this location !
Kallen went above and beyond — a true professional. My family and I stopped by the store on Sunday with several things to take care of — new phone contracts, equipment financing, the works. Kallen deserves a promotion! We came into the store on a Sunday with a ton of requests — we were looking to sign new contracts and apply for financing on new devices.
