Absolutely toxic people and process. In my 72 yrs as a consumer, I have never dealt with such disgusting people. I bought a Fjords Helsinki chair from a Petaluma shop called Roe and Co. several months ago. We bought it on the sale at 20% and were very excited to bring to our home. We paid the 50% deposit and were notified the chair could be picked up assembled or in two boxes. Went into the Winchester Ky store today because my phone was not keeping charge and was going into "emergency calls only". The gentleman that helped me was awesome. Answered all my questions and helped get in touch with Asurion to get a replacement. Even after the call with Support he still went out of his way to help me understand somethings about my account. Including upgrading when it comes that time and getting my grandsons phones and lines.

Went to the Streetsboro location for a phone upgrade with my son. Kamal was an absolute master. He is professional, knowledgeable, through and really put in the time and effort to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. He took care of my upgrade quickly and also made a trade in work for my son. He valued our time and made sure we were happy with the experience. As a retire customer service professional, I was very impressed.

I travel a lot for work, and my flip phone was becoming a real problem. The crease in the screen, which happens over time with these phones, was becoming a problem with scanning for Pre and boarding passes. I went into the store and thankfully Shekita is the person who helped me. I have been with Verizon for a long time and Shekita really took care of me and helped solve my problem and got me into a new phone. Thank you Shekita!

The worst experience I've ever had. Literally no line when i arrived, waited over an hour and the only people that spoke to me put me on the "waiting list"...they did that four times but never actually helped me. I took my business elsewhere.
