My daughter and I switched from another company and the customer service at Verizon has been excellent!! Great company.
It’s a Saturday around lunchtime and there seems to only be a couple of employees working. Almost 10 people in line waiting to be helped. This is what you get when Verizon gets rid of the majority of their corporate stores, yet so many things you can’t do at your local dealer and you’re required to find a corporate store.
Envy was wonderful....let's back up to being greeted on a hot busy Friday night immediately and was taken care of quickly....the entire crew was fantastic but Miss Envy hooked me up and is excellent at what she does and that's being smart and fabulous
