This store is very welcoming. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted. Everyone is happy to help. The store is extremely clean and everything is very organized. I do not feel rushed when I go in I feel like they want to make sure there is a full solution. I came in for a phone upgrade after my screen broke and I was assisted in finding a new phone by the most pleasant, funny, and personable associate miss Alicia! Despite all of the hazards encountered in the process due to my own negligence and the negligence of an iPhone repair place she maintained a level head and managed to resolve every issue seamlessly! I was extremely impressed and appreciative of her :).
This place is terrible. Don't even bother unless you have am hour to wait, if you even get anyone to talk to you...
