Only went there to see if they could help an elderly woman with her phone issues. They said they could help her but it would be a 30 dollar charge. Everybody wants money now.
I visited this Verizon location to trade in my old phone and pick up my new phone. After some errors on my own behalf with transferring the e-sim card, I was assisted by Alicia, who within minutes had Verizon support on the line fixing the problem. I was extremely appreciative of her help and quick resolution.
Excellent service provided in exchange of phone. Customer satisfaction was his priority and his skills were outstanding.
