I had to buy a new phone yesterday and was not looking forward to the ordeal. Whitley at the 280 Mt Brook location was amazing and made the whole process painless. She took care of transferring everything from my old phone. Found the accessories I needed, and showed me everything that was different and how to use it. If you're old like me, go see Whitley and she will take care of you! And she did it all on my lunch hour!

Terribly slow. Just needed to drop off a device and stood in line for 30 minutes. Stupid system. I was then told the device had to be returned through UPS. Even though I had already setup through Verizon over the phone.

We went in to this store 9.22.25 and signed in at the tablet. There was one customer in the store being helped. There were 5 associates in the store. One associate asked if we had signed in and I replied, yes we did. Not another person came to ask if they could help or anything. After 40 min of watching these people shoot the bull and not help anyone, I called the store up the street by the Hampton. We left the store…. Still no word from any of the 5 staff members…… and got our phone within minutes of arriving. They should r... read more

The woman, whom I believe is the manager here, did not demonstrate proper customer service skills during my recent visit. Her conduct was disappointingly disrespectful—customer service, which is vital to creating a positive shopping experience, clearly isn't her forte.
