I had to come by to get some stuff done, including getting a new phone and account maintenance. I worked with Eric, who was great. He got everything taken care of and was very friendly throughout the whole interaction.
Beware of this location!!! They don’t know the prices!!!!! RUN! I was there 4 hours and told the wrong prices!!! When I returned the phones I bought the next day cost me money. I spent $165 to return and they only gave me $100 back after I spent 41 minutes on hold😭. I had to begged the manger for my money back! I returned the phones and watch in Gadsden Alabama and the guy and girl there was absolutely FABULOUS and told me the truth!!!! I received the absolute worst customer service from Alisha today. She was rude, condescending and dismissive. She could offer nothing helpful to solve the issue I came in for, but instead, took the opportunity to belittle me and cause me to feel that I wasn’t understanding a very basic concept of phone ownership. A horrible experience from the most unkind, unprofessional woman.
Took our whole business account with 16 different devices and completely messed up our accout, all for the salesman to get “a sale” Then having to sit on the phone for 2 hours to get everything fixed. Train your employees!
