Purchase the phone online through customer service said it was ready for pickup when to store and they said oh there's an issue We need to run your credit again which would mean I'll lose all the deals and the gift card that was provided to me for something I've already paid for for the phone. I told him go ahead and just cancel the order. I will always stay with T-Mobile and never going to Verizon no matter the deals T-Mobile is by far better. I've been a Verizon customer for over 8 years. Have never had a negative experience until today. Went in to attempt to upgrade my phone. I did some homework and looked online to see what deals they had but thought I'd rather deal with a live person who would have a better understanding on their verizon plans. Unfortunate was treated with unfriendly, rude, and an unprofessional attirude. Manager had the same attitude I guess they would have a customer go to another carrier than to keep their business. The customer service here is very low almost not existening. I walked in was told that they could not help me unless I had an appointment. It was 7:30pm and they don't get paid overtime. If I could give them no stars I would. I am a brand new customer that was here to buy phones for 3 lines. Guess I will have to buy elsewhere.

The store staff only care about making the sale. Once you’ve paid, all problems become your responsibility. They refuse to help with issues unless it’s directly related to their own sales. Billing was full of errors, phone support takes hours, and in-store staff just push you around with no real assistance.
