Very poor customer service With aptitude
My order was cancelled because they didn’t have the phone in stock. I was never notified this was the reason. I placed the order over the phone and was told it was in stock. The status was still showing pending and I didn’t understand the issue. I finally approached a random guy to ask for help while on the phone with customer service. He said he canceled my order. I asked him to talk to customer service. Diego the store manger said “we don’t do that, we don’t talk to customer service we are here to sell phones”
I wish that I read the reviews before I come here. I translated from T mobile to Verizon to get a new phones but this is my big mistake. They are lies. Don’t believe what they promised you. Stay away
This is a very sad company.You can't even have service in your own home in the city. Service cuts in and out every day. I can't even stay on the phone with my own wife. That's on the same plan as me. I pay for 5g. Or give me my money back. It's only when you guys want to give me service
