I had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Montclair Mall. The sales representative convinced me to add an iPad to my account, telling me it would only cost $7 per month. When I received my bill, I discovered I was actually being charged $10 per month. I went back to the store, and instead of helping me, she insisted they never had a $7 plan, making me feel like I was lying or didn’t understand what I had been told. Worst phone service store/company ever haven't resolved my issue since about 7 mouths now !!! Since 7 mouths verison has took more than 5k from my account cant seem to get help from anyone no call backs ?? I've been back and forth to that store over 10x!!! Was sold phone cases outside of store as a bribe and still nothing
Muy mal servicio la persona que me atendio hoy no quiso ayudarme estaba ahi para comprar un nuevo telefono para mi esposo y se tengo ayudar fue muy poco amable, le fui ala tienda de Chino ordene el nuevo telefono sin problema y la persona que me atendio super amable y cordial. Jamás regreso a esa tienda de Montclair plaza horrible servicio al cliente.
