I really dislike Verizon and this is not about a specific store location. Please read all terms VERY carefully before choosing a plan. You are required to fully pay off your iPhone before you can upgrade it. Honestly, it’s better to buy your phone directly from Apple.
Went in to get new jet pack because mone malfunctioned. They told me that my unit was out of warranty, which was incorrect. They also told me that I would have to start new service. Upon calliing customer service, I found out that my unit still had a warranty on it and that I could get another one for no addtional cost. I was also told that my service rep just wanted to get his incentive bonus but actiating new plans.
