They were busy but didn't take long & was helped, was a great time!
What they tell you is never true. Our trade in's were supposed to be free and we paid the 1 time fee there. Our bill was only supposed to go up $10 a month. We get the next 2 bills and it went up over $200 a month and the trades were not free (charging us $40 a month for a phone that was supposed to be a free upgrade) as we specifically asked about there.
