They were busy but didn't take long & was helped, was a great time!
What they tell you is never true. Our trade in's were supposed to be free and we paid the 1 time fee there. Our bill was only supposed to go up $10 a month. We get the next 2 bills and it went up over $200 a month and the trades were not free (charging us $40 a month for a phone that was supposed to be a free upgrade) as we specifically asked about there. None of our new bill matches what was printed off in the store for pricing. They also tacked on some added things we said no to signing up for. This is the 2nd time this ha... read more
