Called yesterday to create a 10am appointment today with Spencer, let him know over the phone that I was looking to upgrade my pixel 6 pro to the pixel 10 pro. Spencer greeted me at the door and we got right to work. I let him know that Verizon sent me messages about the pixel 10 promotion and he let me know that's exactly what he was seeing on his end and was extremely transparent about pricing and the process of things. My store guy was taken when I arrived exactly at the time I was going to be there. He was replaced by another guy who was amazing and friendly and the best job kinda guy I could have had. He made sure I was happy which is a breath of fresh air in a cell phone shop.
