I will definitely NOT be returning to this location. Employees were extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Took me 4 hours and 3 trips to this store to get the phone I ordered because they told me their system was "down" every time I was told I could come get it. I asked if I could transfer the pick-up to another location and they told me no because it was an issue across all of Verizon.
