I attempted to open a new account and do trade-ins over the phone with Verizon (not the local staff). Whatever happened, my account and the trade-in got super messed up. So, I went to the store to talk to a local person and get help. They spent hours on the phone with Verizon on my behalf going to bat for me and making it happen.
