Man at door told me on thing and manager lady told me something completely different even though the first guy admitted he was wrong. And after back and forth with the manager, she told me she couldn’t help me and refused to help anymore. I sat there on the phone with Verizon and they fixed the problem and told me that they didn’t understand why they didn’t want to fix the problem in the store. I guess after 23 years with Verizon it’s time to shop elsewhere. Very disappointed

So I haven't gone back to this store for a long time. Reason is I always ended up waiting forever to get to speak with someone. We have gone to Nest Buy to purchase our phones. Had some questions about our bill and possibly upgrading our phones. Went to the website and set up a 5 pm appointment. My wife left work early to make the appointment. We show up at 5 pm , our appointment time and checked in. Employee tells us we are now at the top of the list. We wait 15 minutes. Next employee tells us at will be an hour before anyo... read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter lost her phone and it is covered by Verizon insurance. Verizon told her she had to go to this corporate store for a new phone (supposedly $99). Of course when she gets there, the store does not honor the insurance and makes her pay $1,133.00 for a new phone. There is not direct phone number to the store so there is no way to appeal. Reading the other reviews, this store should be forced out of business.
