This is going to be a long one, gang. First, we were helped by a sales person in a timely manner, which is great. Things really went downhill from there. First we had a trainee employee, which is fine and he really tried his best, but it took 2 1/2 hours to do our appointment. We got through with everything and left fairly happy.
