I’ve been to this location several times over the last 2-3 months and all the employees here are awesome. Billing, upgrades, setting up my Disney, wifi, putting on my screen protectors, etc. you name it, they know what they’re doing over here. Won’t go to any other Verizon for this reason.
Macey was an absolute gem. We had hiccups beyond her control our first visit and had to come back the next day to complete the phone transfer, but Macey was patient with situation and able to apply an activation credit to our next bill cycle for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service, helpful and friendly. She even installed my screen protector for me which was a bonus!
Switching phones is never fun and I had to buy a new phone in a rush last night and thought I could set it up myself from home. I was wrong and ran into all sorts of issues. I brought my new phone and my old phone (broken screen) back in today. Ethan did such a wonderful job being patient as we encountered many issues transferring my data from a broken phone.
