Had a great time
This store is full of lying, scamming, abusive people. If I could give this store negative stars, I would. They made my best friend of 15 years cry her heart out. I’ve never seen her this broken, this sad, this humiliated. These terrible employees treated her like trash. She walked out of that Verizon store shaking and in tears after being screamed at, disrespected, and gaslighted by the manager and staff who clearly have no business working with the public. What these people did to my daughter at this Verizon store is absolutely unbelievable and downright outrageous. I’ve never seen such disrespect and cruelty in a business before. They treated her like garbage screaming at her, calling her a liar, and acting like she was some kind of scammer when all she did was ask about the PROMISED $300 gift card.
