Had a great time
This store is full of lying, scamming, abusive people. If I could give this store negative stars, I would. They made my best friend of 15 years cry her heart out. I’ve never seen her this broken, this sad, this humiliated. These terrible employees treated her like trash. What these people did to my daughter at this Verizon store is absolutely unbelievable and downright outrageous. I’ve never seen such disrespect and cruelty in a business before. They treated her like garbage screaming at her, calling her a liar, and acting like she was some kind of scammer when all she did was ask about the PROMISED $300 gift card. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. About 3 weeks ago, I visited this Verizon store to look into switching carriers. I ended up switching, purchasing two phones, and one new line, based on a promotion I was told about by a salesman named Chris. He clearly didn’t know what he was doing, first promising me a $70/month bill, then changing it, and then telling me I’d get a $300 gift card after signing up. I have always preferred purchasing phones, technical support & billing with online support. I needed help porting a number from a different carrier. It was confusing to try to fix over the phone. We went to local Verizon and amazed how Helpful, knowledgeable and patient Juan is with his customers. Your appreciative & loyal customer :)
