I had an incredibly frustrating transition from Spectrum to Frontier/Verizon. I came to this store for help. Brenden helped me solve my billing issues that nobody else was able/willing to figure out. He spent almost 2 hours calling Verizon customer service and persisted until we got the resolution we needed. He also figured out that a promotional credit was still missing from my bill so he called them back once I left to get that fixed as well and followed up with me to let me know it was resolved.
