I had a fantastic experience with Caleb at Verizon. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was having trouble with a device exchange, and instead of just telling me to ship it, he took the initiative to research alternative return options, saving me time and hassle. I’ve had nothing but issues with Verizon WiFi. The connection is unreliable, with frequent drops and painfully slow speeds, even though I’m paying for a high-speed plan. Customer service is another nightmare, long wait times, unhelpful responses, and no real solutions offered.
