I had to disconnect a line, my grandmother's. She passed away. Instead of doing what they said they'd do, they moved a promotion from her line so that they could keep their original commission on the line, without telling me. What happened next? Well now I have an extra $460+ charge that no one can explain over the phone. The store won't take my call.
