This Verizon store has sufficient help, no waiting. A special recognition for Cris who set me up with a new iPhone and Apple Watch. He also transferred my data transfer from the old devices to the new devices. I highly recommend this Verizon store.

Bo is wonderful. They were short staffed tonight and there were multiple people waiting but he made sure to address everyone and was very prompt and considerate of all of us. He helped me upgrade my phone and answered all of my questions. Super knowledgeable and kind staff all around.
Chris was my OUTSTANDING Verizon store rep. The hyjacjers cost me 2.5 hours to try to fix. By stopping by the store this knowledgeable young man spent nearly 30 minutes making the corrections to restore needed aps, delete the unwanted and to put all screens in original order. Chris is a knowledgeable, dedicated, personable, conscientious person. THANK YOU Verizon for hiring such a qualified kind person.
