Great experience at the Verizon Naperville location! Mahmoud was awesome to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He helped me find the best deal for what I needed without making me feel pressured or rushed. He was very polite and helped me resolve my issue. Yes they were packed but he ended up taking care of me quick and my account has been great ever since.
