The store was opened 20 minutes late. The tech and manager were extremely rude. They were also very unhelpful.
Went there with a frozen phone. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They gave me straight advice and helped me with my issue.
Went to do an online order pickup and Brian was extremely helpful. He helped me set up my phone and helped me port over my phone number from a different carrier. Would 100% recommend. Ask for Brian!
This Verizon store has sufficient help, no waiting. A special recognition for Cris who set me up with a new iPhone and Apple Watch. He also transferred my data transfer from the old devices to the new devices. I highly recommend this Verizon store.
