Bo is wonderful. They were short staffed tonight and there were multiple people waiting but he made sure to address everyone and was very prompt and considerate of all of us. He helped me upgrade my phone and answered all of my questions. Super knowledgeable and kind staff all around.
Chris was my OUTSTANDING Verizon store rep. The hyjacjers cost me 2.5 hours to try to fix. By stopping by the store this knowledgeable young man spent nearly 30 minutes making the corrections to restore needed aps, delete the unwanted and to put all screens in original order. Chris is a knowledgeable, dedicated, personable, conscientious person. THANK YOU Verizon for hiring such a qualified kind person.
Rex, Chris, Bo are Always providing Excellent top tier Customer Service and Truly Care about a Customers needs and makes sure to go Above and Beyond to help in any way they can! I Only come to this store and Highly reccomend others to as well and I have been with Verizon for many years!
