I got a new phone on March 28 and returned my trade in phone the 29th after factory resetting it, and later that same day my Instagram account was hacked by either one of their employees or someone utilizing their in house wifi which your phone automatically connects to without your consent or knowledge. I will be reporting this to the Naperville police department.
Amazing customer service from Isaiah and Jay. My new phone didn’t turn on and I went in to get help. Isaiah was super patient and helped me out. I returned to the store to add a line and both Isaiah and Jay spent time helping me get the best possible deal. Super appreciative of their help, excellent customer service and overall knowledge and friendliness. I will do all my future transactions with them. Made a technical and stressful experience easy! Bo the manager was great and also my sales rep. Double checked and caught a lot of system upgrades needed for my new phone during a trade in. Forgot his name, younger with clear glasses. Either way great service!
