I went to Verizon store just now and this guy Travis! Charge me three dollars to pay my Internet bill. I think this is a scam and a thief because this don’t make no sense. I never experience that when I go in any other phone store I have to pay three dollars to get my bill paid Verizon. You need to do a better job you guys sucks. I will never recommend no one to this company.
Does anyone have a reliable number to contact this store. Every number I’ve gotten just leads to over the phone agents.
