Poor service
Fast and efficient. Staff is good just not overly friendly.
Been a repeat customer with Verizon over the past few years and every time I’ve gone back I’ve been very happy with the amount of customer service they provide until 2024. The only problem is when you go to cancel your contract over the phone and KEEP PAYING ON THE PHONES It’s never canceled until you end up with a $3000 bill on top of the device payments that you still have to make.
