Excellent service at the Verizon store in Knightdale! Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. He answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend asking for Kyle if you visit.
Worst company EVER! Locked an eSIM on my phone and I am a permanently disabled woman. I transferred my service to T-Mobile and got promoted by Verizon (online) to pay off my phone so Verizon could unlock the eSIM. I clicked ok or yes to pay off the phone and Verizon refused to let me pay off my phone and they are preventing me from transfer to T-Mobile!
