Mr. Pete was the best! He helped me get the best deal when I urgently needed a new phone! He made me feel a lot less stressed by listening to my anxieties and helping me get the best plans in order for me to save money and to get me my new phone! The service he gave me was prompt and swift so I wasn’t waiting for help for not even more than 1 minute of walking into the building! Give my mans a raise por favor!
We have never been treated as well as we were treated at the Knightdale location! Between our associate Vic the store manager Eric were so helpful. We had a few hiccups with switching our service but they were great and knew how to take care of everything with no issue! This location is awesome!!!
Great customer service had an issue with having to reset my son's phone and they helped me with absolutely no problem.
I took my cell phone in there..the young man who was trying to help me was so nice and professional...I still have the same issue but he gave me some tips to resolve it.
They are mad racist here. Tell me why I got a "be right with you" and sat for 10 minutes waiting and as soon as a white woman walked in, within seconds, she was acknowledged and got serviced I'm a black woman btw. Will not be back and if I was paying my phone bill instead of on a family plan, I would have immediately cancelled my service.
