I’ve had a pleasant experience with this Verizon location. Moises provides excellent customer service from start to finish. He’s patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely pleasant to work with. You can tell he cares about helping and wants to make sure you have a great experience, not just get you in and out. I woke up this morning to a completely dead phone. After doing all I knew to do, I went to the Verizon store in Zebulon. Wrong choice!!! They were no help at all, didn’t even try. I ended up call my daughter in law, I’m on their plan. She called the Knightdale store and when I got there they knew my name when I walked in. Two guys named Pete and Moises. They were the best. Said we know what’s wrong with your phone and in 5 minutes I was out of there. Couldn’t ask for better service and better people. I’ll never go anywhere e... read more
