Absolutely worst customer service!! Not to mention the horrible phone service. Knightdale location and mercantile dr must specifically search for people to work with no people skills and zero experience in sales. They don’t greet you. They don’t know what they’re talking about. They can all only tell you call customer service. They can’t even explain the bill! Come anytime after 6:30/7 they will just wait for you to leave instead of helping you. Also no one on staff has the ability to multi task.
I had a great experience working with Priscilla at Verizon. She was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about all the plans and devices. Priscilla took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I understood my options without feeling rushed or pressured. She went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service Verizon is lucky to have her!
Mad unprofessional here, lost service for 17 hours when I was pushed off to call customer service to replace a esim with physical sim. Walk in told that there are 4 people ahead, couple walks in 20 minutes after me and gets helped. Waste of time definitely porting my number back over to AT&T where at least I can get good customer service. Are you really that incompetent to help someone with a physical sim? Sheesh
Visited the store yesterday to get a new phone. Jeff was my sales associate and he was very helpful, kind and patient. Best experience at a Verizon store yet! Would happily come here for any and all of my phone related needs.
