I am on vacation and my phone stopped working. Thought I’d definitely be purchasing a new phone but the technician got it back up and working perfectly. Very efficient and quick. I’d give a higher rating if I could.
I wouldn't definitely like to thank this Verizon team and management on an amazing job today. I walked in after speaking customer service over the phone with every intention of canceling my 9yrs of service, and they helped me extremely. Best store location on Hawaii. Thank you to the 2 young ladies and the manager for going over and beyond.

Aloha Friends, I can't say and share enough how AWESOME AND AMAZING the Verizon store staff and manager of the Kapolei Commons shopping center store is. The west side is the best side. I came in on SEP 07 2024 to buy a new phone for my son and they were the most patient and helpful Verizon store I've been to in Hawaii in recent memory. My son's phone screen cracked and the LCD screen was severely ghosting.
