We came in to ask about our family plan and how to transfer lines on/off. The other workers were busy with other customers understandably, so we had the manager. We assumed he must've had a bad day cause the conversation was too short to have an attitude. It's an inconvenience for us to drive further but unless Verizon transfers this guy to another branch DON'T come here, yikes!
I am on vacation and my phone stopped working. Thought I’d definitely be purchasing a new phone but the technician got it back up and working perfectly. Very efficient and quick. I’d give a higher rating if I could.
I wouldn't definitely like to thank this Verizon team and management on an amazing job today. I walked in after speaking customer service over the phone with every intention of canceling my 9yrs of service, and they helped me extremely. Best store location on Hawaii. Thank you to the 2 young ladies and the manager for going over and beyond.
