Terrible for business owners. Never use Verizon. Run from Verizon. Maybe the worst form of torture in the world is going to this Verizon store. No one works there for more than six months. Understaffed and no help at all. They will try to sell you something but will never help you. A truly terrible company. Oh by the way everyone I know feels the same way.

UPDATE - I switched to AT&T when I found out that their identical plan is a third of the price with real customer service representatives that are willing to help. Gave Verizon a chance to make things right by following their link to an "issue resolution contact form" - they never followed up with me once I filled out that form. Took less than 20 minutes to sign up and transfer my number to an AT&T number. 10/10 would recommend swapping to AT&T.
