UPDATE - I switched to AT&T when I found out that their identical plan is a third of the price with real customer service representatives that are willing to help. Gave Verizon a chance to make things right by following their link to an "issue resolution contact form" - they never followed up with me once I filled out that form. Took less than 20 minutes to sign up and transfer my number to an AT&T number. 10/10 would recommend swapping to AT&T.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sales representative has a terrible attitude and was extremely rude to me when I was questioning cost surrounding a phone upgrade. She was not disclosing all available offers to boost her commission.
Unethical sales tactics when promoting trade in value. Now having to pay $1000 over 36 months for the device when I thought I walked out of the store with the device “on Verizon” as promised. Went into the store for assistance and was told I needed to call Verizon customer service, which is nearly impossible to use considering there’s a slim chance you speak to a real human.
