Employees here were less than helpful, bordering on rude. Something they told me was impossible with my corporate phone was quickly handled at a different location with no difficulty at all. If you need a new phone, skip this place altogether and visit the Verizon store on 280 in Mountain Brook.
I have a phone on a business account and was told I couldn’t switch my phone unless the business owner was present. We have never needed to do that, they’ve always just sent a link for approval in the past. I went to another location and was able to switch out my phone with no issue.
Very knowledgeable and helpful.
The store manager hid in the back the whole time we were there, which was over an hour. She would occasionally come out when summoned by one of the sales people on the floor, so she Could answer a question for a customer. Then she would dart right back into hiding rather than helping the queue of people waiting for assistance. Terrible customer service from this manager.
The store manager, Victoria, did an outstanding job in addressing our cell phone concerns. She resolved everything to oursatisfaction! Well done!
