Verizon corporate store on Universal Dr. He did in 15 min what Assurion tech support could NOT do in 9 HOURS and 3 replacement phones later...I wish I was directed to the store 3 weeks ago when this process started....I am thoroughly pleased with the service I got from the Verizon rep Vinny
