I went to this location on 7/7/25 at 1:15 pm approximately to upgrade my phone, I was greeted and told someone would be with me, unfortunately I had to leave, the wait time was lengthy and I had an appointment. I returned later that day to upgrade my phone, so the guy who was originally assisting me with my request, passed me off to a young lady, so he could go help someone else who came in after me, not sure why he couldn't really continue with assisting me-? My daughter and I came into the North Haven Verizon store to get a replacement phone. We were greeted immediately and quickly started our order. While there was a little hiccup with the order they rectified it immediately AND gave us chargers and water bottles for our inconvenience! Great service wonderful staff . Would definitely recommend
I wish there was an option for NEGATIVE stars cuz that's what this store deserves. My phone is cracked and I have insurance on it so like another logical thinking individual i went to the corporate verizon store on universal drive in north haven ct. I was greeted told the clerk my situation and he was quick to dismiss me saying I had to deal with the insurance company directly. My experience with Colby, Ashley, and the North Haven crew was nothing short of Amazing! After visiting another location I was misinformed. I came to this corporate location and they were very accommodating! Colby is a very genuine, humble, and caring guy! My experience was five stars and I’m referring my girlfriend to this location!
