Probably one of the worst locations I’ve have ever been to it’s makes zero sense that Verizon allows people like that to work there I will be telling everyone I know not to go there
Came in for cellular/connectivity issues after switching carriers. Megan was INCREDIBLY helpful! She helped me fix the problem in 5 minutes that reps couldnt help me fix over 8 hours. She was quick, knowledgeable, funny and personable. I will definitely come back to this location when I need help!

I recently encountered an issue while trying to get an order issue resolved. I had been trying for over a week to get a new phone and the online Verizon customer service had been unable to figure out. I was incredibly stressed and at my wits' end.
