I highly recommend the Pinecrest, FL Verizon store (off of SW 104th street). The attention I received from the staff there today was above and beyond what anyone could have expected. I was having difficulty activating a new phone that I had purchased at another Verizon location (on in Atlanta that I do not recommend btw) and the Pinecrest location not only trouble shot the issue but worked the issue until it was fully resolved explaining along the way what was happening and why. This imployee named adrian was very professional , everything was quickly done and my phone finally works, give the man a raise if i can put more stars i would!!
Will be the only Verizon store I go to in South Florida. Service is always top quality and everyone is super helpful.
