We had a fabulous experience today at this store upgrading to a new phone, and changing another line to another phone. Roy went above and beyond to help us, and Oscar was so helpful and kind, we couldn't recommend them more! Sylvio was also helpful earlier this week for another issue. We love this store!
I am disappointed with the service. It’s a disaster. I didn’t receive everything promised in the promotion; it was misleading. The company as a whole is terrible.
Oscar, Silvio & Samantha were more than helpful when helping me switch phone companies. They ensured I got all the best deals, the process to be as smooth as possible, & even stayed after hours during this process. Thank y’all again! Hoping for the best with this new transition.
Had the worse experience, walked in to upgrade my watch and walked out feeling like I was at a car dealership all day. Took about 3 hours to get a watch, on top of the amount time it took to get this done we were flat out lied to by their sales rep Juan, which I had a bad feeling about since he had showed me a list of all the other services outside of Verizon he can assist with from landscaping and floors to taxes and family law, Jack of all trades.
