Worst experience of my life. I would literally give this location ZERO stars if I could. I walked into this store simply looking for information. I explained that I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase a new phone and that I just wanted to know what deals were available and what my monthly bill would look like if I decided to upgrade. Oscar and roy were so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. They help me make choices on different devices.In different lines to offer the best options for me and my family. I will never go anywhere but here for any of my services with verizon. I've been accustomed of verizon for over 20 years and this was my far, my best experience.

Hace 4 meses adquiri un teléfono nuevo y a partir de ese momento mi factura a comenzado a subir ,en la tienda me dijeron que mi factura era de 82 dolares y solo fue así el primer mes ,después solo aumento y después de cuatro meses llamando para arreglar mis pagos (103.00)me dice el supervisor en la llamada que la tienda me engaño q no era ese el precio.Me voy de esta compañía y no la recomiendo para nada

An absolute nightmare. The manager talks extremely fast and overwhelms you with unnecessary information. We were pressured into opening a new account and transferring the lines from our old account after being promised a much better deal. Instead, we spent months dealing with overcharges, broken promises, and countless attempts to get the situation resolved. In the end, nothing was fixed.
