Samantha and Silvio at the Verizon Pinecrest Store are AMAZING! Best customer service, so patient and helpful. I went in with my old iPhone 7+ and left with the iPhone 17 PRO.. they helped me step by step set up my new phone, answered all my questions and showed me a bunch of features on my new phone... I took advantage of an offer from Verizon to upgrade from my old Apple SE3 phone. When the phone arrived, I was confused & couldn’t transfer to my new 16e device.
