Service was dry, associate was ready for brake. I was the only customer. I will never go to that location.
I spent 3 hours in the store on 6/13 just trying to upgrade my phone. It was the amount of time I might spend at a dealership. The guy who helped me was really nice, he even waited for me to come back and get my phone. However, I had to go back to the store because I felt like there was a bait and switch situation happening. They made me upgrade my Verizon tower, which they said was for free only to find out later it was for $10 more. In addition, they encouraged me to get a second line. Bit odd the way that customers are assigned to sales people. And I honestly felt my salesperson wanted to be anywhere else but in the store. And also when I went back to get my phone (long time to transfer data) I couldn't really get anyone to finish helping me.
