I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 years, and I’ve always appreciated the service until my recent experience at this Beverly Grove store. I came in simply asking for assistance installing a protective film on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. They didn’t have the film in stock, so I purchased one elsewhere and brought it in, just like I’ve done before with no issue.
