Go to any other verizon store. This is the most absurdly slow store I’ve been to in my life. Came in 5 minutes early to a 3pm appointment. Didn’t get help until over an hour later. The only verizon store where I’ve ever had this happen.

Finally caving in and writing my first gmaps review bc Jonathan was above and beyond amazing. As soon as my brother and I stepped in to upgrade our phones, he greeted us and we got straight to business. He helped me understand the ins and outs of my bill. He was able to get us both iphone 17’s in our preferred color even though they’ve been sold out everywhere during the holidays.
