Smart Manager Michael at Beverly Connection went out of his way to show me all my options AND upgrades w discounts available to my plan. Verrrry knowledgeable w Verizon offerings. Also helped me clean up my phone's Apps and storage which was my original reason for my visit!!! So helpful and was totally ready to help which is what Customer Service is all about!!!! Verizon needs to give him a raise to keep him doing his best!!!
