Alicia was able to help me navigate an early upgrade for both my wife and myself on the spot and gave careful attention to our specific needs. On this particular evening the store was busy and she communicated that she was training the other 2 new hires working that night. I was impressed with Alicia's ability to provide service to several sales simultaneously, while maintaining attention to each customer and coaching her staff. It was akin to watching a magician spin plates or juggle chainsaws.
