I was getting a new phone at this Verizon- NohoWest. It was my 2-3 experience at this store, since the store opened, and it was by far the best. The Store Assistant Aaliyah was extremely helpful and saw that the transfer of all data from my old phone to the new one follows through.
Carlos was so amazing and helpful helping me and my family out, there were four of us switching lines and he helped us out with figuring out our bills and discount and getting new accessories for our phone. He was so patient with us, thank you so much Carlos! Appreciate you!
