Wife and I came here curious to see what promos they had and were greeted by Marshall who went above and beyond what we expected. He told us he would get us the best deal out there and a week later, we walked out with everything he promised and more. His customer service is amazing and is extremely knowledgeable on what to do and how to do. We were fortunate to have had Marshall help us in switching from T-Mobile to Verizon.
Marshall was a huge help in helping me switch to Verizon. The process went as smooth as possible with his expertise in figuring out the best plan and phones I needed. I highly recommend this Verizon location and customer service !

I genuinely am amazed how rude, unhelpful and unprofessional help I received. DO NOT COME TO THIS VERIZON IF YOU WANT TO FILL DISMISSED, NOT EXPLAINED TOOO, and ONLY CARE ABOUT CHARGING YOU NOTHING ELSE. they put a screen protector on not even accurately that left bubbles for a whole week and then cracked by itself within 1 day.
