Employees here won’t help you out unless you are their client and they get commission off you. So if you have a problem with your device or are there to turn in your old phone, they will NOT help for shit. Incompetent greedy employees, horrible customer service.
DON’T go to this store. Rigo(supervisor) and Bryan(sales man) promised credits and never get them and add subscriptions to your account with out consulting customers, they act like kids. JUST FIND BETTER STORE TO GO NOT THIS ONE.
Very disappointing experience at the Panorama City Verizon store. My mom upgraded to a new iPhone through a Verizon trade-in promotion. The new phone was faulty, and customer service helped replace it, but in the process the trade-in was canceled. This store with Verizon tricked me sold a phone for $2000 and refused to price match. Samsung and best buy are selling the same phone for $1599.00
The store was welcoming and very helpful. Oscar is the GOAT and deserves every raise and promotion available to him. He was funny and personable and explained everything super thoroughly.
