It is asinine that a one hour pick up system is offered and doesn't even work, more so replacing all store lines with am AI that takes 5 minutes to send you to a call center who takes 15 more minutes to tell you they need to consult a different department for a 30 second question. I still haven't received the answer to that question. Avoid Verizon, go to T-mobile. They offer a 2month trial that has shown me they offer 10x better service. I can't wait for my contract to be over.
