I was quickly in and out for a trip to trade on my phones. It was painless.
John went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. He was courteous, patient and effective. We received the best service in decades of Verizon service from John at this location in Sherman Oaks. Won’t go to any other location moving forward!
Bad service ! Here, supervisors only look at new clients before connecting a new account, and after the contract, they don't value clients at all and don't even look at them. They don't work here, although there are a lot of employees, none of them help clients in the office. For example, every time I come, I wait until 2 o'clock, and in the end, I only get help online.
Mario (I think) was amazing. Helped me find the problem with my phones and transferred the numbers and called customer service for me. All in under a 30 minutes.10/10 thank youuuu!!
Long time customer and had an appointment and went into the store yesterday regarding a billing issue, the sales rep was a jerk, rude, and needs additional training on customer service. No help at all and I resolved the issue over the phone with a customer service rep. It was Verizon Sherman oaks fault in the first place as I needed a new phone due to my phone getting stolen, and they gave me another telephone line in addition to my current one which I didn’t need! Shame on Verizon Sherman oaks
