Long time customer and had an appointment and went into the store yesterday regarding a billing issue, the sales rep was a jerk, rude, and needs additional training on customer service. No help at all and I resolved the issue over the phone with a customer service rep. It was Verizon Sherman oaks fault in the first place as I needed a new phone due to my phone getting stolen, and they gave me another telephone line in addition to my current one which I didn’t need! Shame on Verizon Sherman oaks

I was their customet for 11 months, starting from the end of November 2024. I paid $55 for one phone line. In August they advertised an iPhone telling the charges would be "on us". It was a lie. First the bill went up to $62. Then they raised it to $82 within two months!!! In August I paid them around $190, and they want to charge me for October, too. What I experienced today at your Verizon store was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I came in to return my old phone after upgrading to the iPhone 17, and instead of receiving basic customer service, I was pressured to upgrade two other lines that I clearly stated I did not want to upgrade. The representative implied that if I “helped him,” then he would help me. He refused to genuinely assist me with a simple question about a phone setting, and instead told me to just “look it up in Settings,” without even making... read more
