They promise you things to get you to purchase or add services then when you have a problem they promise you more things like credits, etc. Then when you come to call them on their word their hands are tied. I came in because my zfold3 screen stop working. They said we can use your warranty and send you another one. I said deal. They said it would be no charge. But then I ended up paying a deductible. Terrible service. Never going to be back to verizon. They said my bill would be $148 but they charged me $172 a month and never fixed it. Tired of customer service calls. They dont deliver promises
