Verizon’s customer service and billing practices have been extremely disappointing. I was overcharged by more than $1,100 despite being clearly advised that my cruise plan would not bill for days at sea (where there is no coverage), and would only cost $12 per day while on land. This has yet to be resolved. Additionally, promised phone upgrades tied to my account renewal were never delivered, and follow-up has been a nightmare, with representatives ignoring emails and providing contradictory information.
