Had an issue with a portable charger and was greeted with outstanding customer service by Javier. He exceed my expectations and will return. The store was busy and I watched as the manager (didn’t get his name) help multitask and help customers with great ease. I went in yesterday to replace my broken phone, and was dreading it a bit. Luckily, I went at a time when Shane was working. The whole process was quick, efficient, and all around a great experience thanks to him! I appreciated how knowledgeable and trustworthy he was. I went to another Verizon store around a year ago, and the reps/managers there were significantly worse. Shane is top tier, and if you’re considering going to a Verizon store I would suggest this one, even if it’s a little bit of a longer drive.
