Amazing customer service! We worked with Javier and he is exceptionally knowledgeable and very helpful. We were trying to make things work with an old phone needless to say it wasn’t working but Javier made the whole process so easy to get through. At the same time he was helping other people with their phones and never losing focus, not one mistake. Nothing was forgotten or overlooked. Shane was awesome! After going to 3 different stores leaving dissatisfied , Shane saved the day! He was super helpful and attentive to my needs. Employees like him are the reason I’ve been with Verizon for 11 years.

This Verizon is the best. Shane was incredibly helpful and patient and offered up exactly what we needed. 10/10 experience. If you walk in and see Shane, you should be friendly and smile or say hello - he is way too helpful and good at his job to be iced, even if you are having a bad day! Three cheers for a great store!
