According to their own words- they are NOT an authorized retailer. So they will sign you up for a plan that is way more than what you will end up paying if you go to an authorized retailer. I had a serious and alarming experience with this Verizon Authorized Retailer operated by Wireless Plus. On March 30, 2026 at approximately 7:38 PM, an individual was able to walk into this store, falsely claim to be related to me, and somehow gain access to my account. As a result, they were able to take over my phone number and leave the store with two iPhones—without my authorization. I visited this store today because the network was not working on one of my phones. They helped me right away and fixed everything quickly. Special thanks to Sean for handling everything professionally. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Thank you very much 🤝
Today is March 17, Tuesday, 2026. Two guys at this Verizon store are serving customers very slowly and just sitting and talking with the same client for over an hour. It’s obvious they’re just wasting work time. I hope management will fix this issue. The address of this store is 2921 Los Feliz Blvd Unit F-2, Los Angeles, CA. I do not recommend anyone to come here!!!
This has been the most unacceptable and unresolved experience I have ever had with a wireless carrier location. In December, I participated in Verizon’s “Pay-Off Your Device” rebate program through this store. As part of that transaction, I physically surrendered my prior device in store to a Verizon Wireless employee, Marissa (store manager), after my number transfer was finally completed.
