DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Came in last week to open an account with three lines. Which took us 3 hours to complete. The promotion included iphone 17's with the ultimate plan. We were told by sales associate, Myles, who stated he worked in Hollywood usually, that we HAD to trade in our current phones, which was not true in the promotion details. I was traveling to LA and needed to replace my phone. Guy completely mislead me into opening a new line for a promotion to get a new phone. When I returned back home I went to my usual Verizon and they confirmed what he told me was BS and he probably just wanted the sale….
So I came in with a question about the recent increase to my bill. Immediately I was greeted with sarcasm and rude customer service. The employee would not let me talk and kept interrupting me before I was able to tell him what was wrong. He essentially said he wasn't going to help me and that I could do everything through the verizon app. He just seemed annoyed that I came in to ask for help.
