Give yourself a minimum of an hour before you can get anything done at this store. There’s always only 1 person working and it took me a full hour of a wait just to get told I am unable to return a trade-in phone at this location when they told me I could when I picked-up my phone. The only good thing in here is if you get the lady working here as she is very helpful and informative. Don’t even come here. Just go straight to the corporate store. Waste of time and there’s no parking!
I wanted to give us a shout out to Jennifer, who helped me today get a new iPhone 16. She was super nice and really helpful and very attentive. She answered all my questions and I felt at ease when I left and I would definitely recommend this Verizon location to anyone who needs their services
