beware people, they will tell you about promotions and add-on complimentary services to sell a plan but not much they say come out to be true. I signed up for the first time with verizon with salesperson Ely, but the quote they gave us came out to be different on the bill. Seldom have I received such poor service at any store. I would like to single out Justin, the customer “service” person who worked with me. He sold me an Internet Gateway when there was no signal available at my address; he either ignored this fact or falsified the address. He attached a protection plan to my account without my permission and then told me it was cancelled when it was not. Arnold is the man I was going in circles trying to get a new phone after my phone got stolen every time I called Verizon it made me re-order the phone. It was so stressful. Arnold on the other hand was able to be creative with a resolution and we were in and out within 30 minutes. It was the end of day and he stayed a little late as well just really going above and beyond because he could tell I was stressed. I’m super grateful and would highly Recommend him and this Verizon
Yaakov and Christian were the best people ever helped me out with my AT&T situation and switched me over smoothly love it thank you to both of them they need a raise asap and when I mean asap I mean asap!!
