This Verizon store is inside Central Plaza, so parking is not validated unless you go to buy food or coffee. When you go to the Verizon store, it is always busy, so you usually have to stay for more than 30 minutes. So we tried to save as much time as possible by just picking up the phone and leaving the plaza, so we already ordered all the phones with Verizon Customer Service. Horrible servivicio y atención al cliente, Los que atienden hablan de mala manera y dicen que no son atención al cliente y que ellos solo son una tienda fisica , osea solo para que compres y te vayas , te mandan a otras sucursales para no ayudarte ni resolver tu problema y las otras tiendas con ellos como que si tienes tiempo para perder en hacer el trabajo que ellos tienen. Juegan con los clientes , en Ni siquiera una estrella se merecen unacceptable.
