As a customer who has been with you guys for 2 years I can say I rather go to ATT but a consequence I have to deal with I came in not even greeted and wanted to upgrade my device I spoke to a manager there and he was just pushy about me turning my phone in now but I have picture and more I wanted off of my phone to place on the new one and due to him switching my shipping to 3 days I wanted it instant so I can turn the phone in quicker but he said its not worth it
