Poor customer service. Silly games to waste your time. And no recourse except to change phone plans.

From the first interaction, she understood the urgency of matter and professionally handled the entire process until closing time. Thanks for the great service and willingness to help.
scammers work in this department, they promise one thing, then the amounts for payment x2 come, 185 dollars just for connecting 1 phone, crazy, I moved to another company
