Josh B. at 19943 Rinaldi in Porter Ranch is a complete asset to Verizon! Please recognize and acknowledge him and his excellent service. We had a bad experience at a different store while upgrading phones and left with horrible frustration and issues. We later ended up at Josh’s store in Porter Ranch. He was able to fix our issues quickly and efficiently. Faith restored! Thanks so much for your help and patience, Josh. We really appreciate you!!
I have had Verizon for years. I went in purchased another phone, tablet and added 2 more lines. At first they were amazing, once I started having issues with my business line and the phone's connecting, they no longer could help you.I made appointment for the next day.Showed up and sat for an hour. They got the purchase and didn't carethat i had nothing but problems . Missed business calls and was pushed aside. Let alone I wasted 3 days and hours of my time. Very selfish!!!!!!
Came in trying to get support for a Pixel Pro 9 that would not OEM unlock despite being unlocked in Verizon's system. Phone support told us to come to a location in person, and it is this location that I had the misfortune of wasting my time in. Person working the store said that they could not unlock the phone, and even if they could it wasn't Verizon's fault the phone was reporting locked, it was the resellers fault according to them. Startling poor service at the Porter Ranch store. Even the managers won't do anything to figure out how to help with certain things. Even worse they are rude and down right hostile at times. They're great while they are selling you something but utterly worthless after that.
