Andy was one of the best sales people I’ve met in a long time. One wrong sentence and I wouldn’t have purchased. He clearly explained everything, saw that I wasn’t going to buy the iPhone 17 max. He read my body language he knew I wanted a less expensive solution. I love the 17. Blows the 11 away. Lighter faster, better pictures, much more gigabytes. Stop stressing over your old phone and go see Andy

Came in to fix a line that was not working, the staff was somewhat attentive, they forgot about me as I was waiting for them ,and started tending to other costumers that came in after me ,but what made it all better was the friendly staff member that tended to my technical problem , he was very nice and worked diligently to resolve the issue at hand that another representative made at another location .

This Verizon center has many staff on hand. You wait for your turn after checking in the kiosk. Many of the staff do walk around asking if you need any help. The one thing that could be changed…when you have a problem, such as billing, it would be more helpful that they could have a direct line with customer service to help you in the store, instead of telling you that you have to call customer service yourself.

Last month, I upgraded a phone and was told that I needed to add a “ghost” line in order to get a better trade-in value because I wanted to trade in an iPhone 8. I was also told that the trade-in value would be applied immediately within a month and that I could pay off the new phone whenever I wanted.
