I had a very difficult experience with a staff member named Sabrina. She was rude to me when I asked about fixing my phone. She kept handing my phone back like it was trash and started raising her voice. She did not listen to what I needed. Absolutely horrific customer service. I felt extremely unsafe with her attitude and behavior. I'm giving two stars only because Josh was helpful in picking out a phone for me after the horrific interaction.
