No customer service. Harldy helped me with my concern. Instead of making want to do any business it made me want to leave with in 10 minutes of being inside.
Amazing!!! I am in shock ! I came in to ask a few questions. Josh helped answer my 100 questions and gave me SO much information! He was able to help and get me set up with a great deal! I have never had such great customer service!! Wow! Josh thank you for your patience. You are the best! !!!
Very annoyed with this store! I placed an order online to be picked up not even notified that my order was ready to be picked up and they just canceled my order. Verizon customer service is getting worse.
Horrible employee by the name Dina (caucasian lady). Switched carriers and was trying to return equipment. Never received "UPS" box with shipping label. I called Verizon customer service line and was told ok to return equipment in store since attempt to deliver shipping label + box, both instances not received. So I went to this store and met with hostility by Dina - refusing to accept equipment return. She came up with all sorts of terrible excuses that they're unable to accept it.
