I bought 2 cable cords and 2 wall chargers from the Niagara Falls store. They never gave me a receipt. There’s no record of me purchasing these items. I am having quite a lot of no luck return 2 of them.

I have been at this store for ages I went in for a new phone cost was 0$ and they added things to my account I didn’t want or ask for and they never added the promotion and my bill went up 100$. The big guy and the kid are not to be trusted
Decided to add a line today And also visit the updated pricing I found on the Verizon website. Felt it was best to come to the store and get a little bit of help instead of trying to do online by myself. Today is October 13th at 6:30. In and out in 15 minutes with a new phone that doesn't cost anything and my bill went down 10 dollars. That's the fastest I've ever been in and out of a Verizon store in my life.
