Verizon service is the worst service to have in the Niagara falls area, Due to congestion especially during the peak tourist season. Definitely would not recommend signing up with a company that doesn't have enough room on their network to support the customers it has already had for years. This was confirmed by tech support, that congestion was my issue and there nothing they could do about it unless I wanted to switch providers...SMH

I had been to the store yesterday to get my previously purchased iphone unlocked. I had tried customer care couple of times earlier and both times it failed. I was very skeptical before i walked in but Josh at the store was very helpful and did everything he could to get the phone unlocked. Josh was very kind, explained all available options, consulted with manager to ensure he has exhausted all possible options and came up with a solution to get this done. The team at this store went way out of their way to try and help me. They weren't able to fix the problem due to the limitations set by Verizon. If only the parent company were to listen to people like the ones at this store, Verizon could be what it once was. Sometimes it's not about what you walk a way with, but how you feel when you walk away.
