The team at this store went way out of their way to try and help me. They weren't able to fix the problem due to the limitations set by Verizon. If only the parent company were to listen to people like the ones at this store, Verizon could be what it once was. Sometimes it's not about what you walk a way with, but how you feel when you walk away.
The associates are great but the service sucks and their reps lie terribly. I hate it I'm switching to T mobile my husband uses them WAY BETTER SERVICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE NEAR CANADA.
